Wind blows over miles of ocean

Generating swells in a circular motion

Energy transfer from the sky to the sea

I can feel that power inside of me

Through intention, my energy can transfer and shift

The consequence of my actions can dump or lift

Nothing goes unnoticed, unfelt, nor unheard

To think ‘it doesn’t matter’ is absolutely absurd

Just look to the waves as they crash on the sand

Leaving foam, shells and patterns, evidence on the land

That one thing leads to another, actions intertwine and connect
