The Catalyse ‘Complete Set’ includes the Catalyse book, Companion Volume, and access to the Catalyse online resources.
The Catalyse book is a beautifully illustrated collection of 21 poems, with metaphor, rhyme, rhythm, and alliteration to assist language development and comprehension. A QR code links to the Catalyse music track and movement video to help develop co-ordination, strength, and vestibular and proprioceptive abilities.
The Catalyse companion volume deepens the catalyse experience. In this publication, each poem within the Catalyse collection is analysed in depth through a series of open self-reflection questions. These questions and example responses are provided as a guideline to encourage discussion, cement understanding, and embed knowledge around personal development, social conscience, and global consequence.
The Catalyse Companion Volume includes links to supporting online resources including additional movement videos and music, art and craft templates, worksheets, AUSLAN interpretations, and meditation and breath work to further instil learning. This companion volume is stepped in its complexity which enables it to be customised across different populations dependent upon age, capabilities and needs.
